Relaxation Incense is traditionally used to help reduce
stress, calm and soothe one's nerves, or provide a space to let the cares of
the day float away with the incense smoke, and enjoy just being.
You can use the Relaxation Incense Ingredients list below to build your own
recipes by choosing two or more aromatics from the list. Or, you may want to
start with one of the Relaxation Incense Recipes provided below and then
make changes according to your tastes.
You can also blend Relaxing ingredients with ingredients of
other properties, such as those that inspire
a good night's Sleep, or perhaps with a
few that are Sensual, etc. The possibilities are
endless and filled with fun... enjoy!

2 parts Gold Copal
1 part Black Copal
1 part White Copal
1 part Sweetgrass
by the Sea
3 parts Sandalwood
1/2 part Lavender
1/2 part Marjoram
3 parts Aloeswood
1 part Oakmoss
1 part Vetiver
is any unit of measurement you wish to use, provided it's consistent
throughout the entire recipe. We often use the conversion of 1 part =
1, 2, or 3
grams for small batches, and maybe 1 part = 5 to 10 grams for larger batches,
etc. If you prefer, you can use
powdered volume measurements with teaspoons, tablespoons and/or cups.
